Continuous
yarns printing
Through these techniques, we obtain very special print effects by
dyeing the yarn “on passing”, while it is being unwound
from a cone and rewound it. There are several techniques for this
type of dyeing: spraying, rubbing, atomization and, each one of
them, depending on the conditions, gives various different results
in order to obtain countless number of patterns. We can dye all
types of fibres and even though we utilise computerised systems
for colour applications, the results still look like that of handcrafting.
